VMM opens two pedestrian-passages along the river Kleine Nete in Herentals
A newly constructed tunnel and footbridge greatly improves access to the Kleine Nete river valley and makes it safer for pedestrians. On April 10th, the Flemish Environment Agency (VMM) officially opened two new pedestrian-passages and offered visitors two guided tours. Read more

The Hördt floodplain reserve retention area is part of the differentiated system of flood protection in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany.
